Grinding noise coming from rear of car !!

Ive noticed i have this really loud grinding noise coming from the rear of my car i asumed it was brakes but when i checked the brakes were fine, i have a civic EJ8 and as we all know the coupes come with drums on the rear, im not the best with drums so does anyone know what it could be ???? could the hand brake be to tight ??

Noise only when braking?

Have you removed the drum to inspect the shoes and contact surface inside the drum?

happens when im driving in general, and shoes looked fine doesnt make the noise when i turn the drum,,im going to the mechanic to get a blue slip but its fair wack away i just want to know what it is so i can either fix it before i go or atleast know its safe to drive.

Sounds like a possible bad wheel bearing.
