Groud Control Suspension

Now I know I will get bashed for this but I have looked thru the forums and I cannot find anything. I am fairly new to the Honda game and doing cars myself for that matter. I have came to the conclusion that Koni yellows and ground control coilovers are the way to go. My question is it says comes with everything but the dampers. Now do I need to also buy those? and what are those? are the same as top hats?

Ground Control sells the sleeves and springs. You will only need to buy the Koni Yellow shocks along with the GC sleeves. Since its such a popular combination, most places sell them together as a package. The only thing you may need outside of those is the GC extended top mounts. But that's really only if you plan on lowering your car a lot. Do some more research, rear the DIY install guides so you can see all the piece you'll need.
