Ground wire problem! HELP!

Okay, I just bought a brand new Fosgate amp...this is what happening when i'm trying to hook it up....when i have the ground wire and power and remote wire all hooked up there is no power, but when i pull the ground out and leave the power and remote on I have power....can someone help me out?

is the ground hooked to the chassis? what wire is the remote wired to? do you have the fuse on the power wire near the batt.? do you have your signal cables hooked up? you need to give more info

ground it to ur shock bolt in the rear..those work THE BEST......

I'd ground it to dat big ass bolt in the rear. Its a 17mm....next to the brake lights

i grounded my amp on my seat bolt.....but then again my amp was right behind my passanger seat......
