Grounding Questions?

My sub makes a buzzing noise unless my lights are on, its not very loud you can only hear it with the volume turned down really low. None of the other speakers make the sound. The amp is grounded to a bolt under the seat and it sits on a bar and the paint isn't sanded off, it isn't a great ground but it gets the job done, ive been looking for another bolt to ground too but i cant find one that i can get too without removing the seat.

So my questions are: Is my poor ground causing the buzzing sound? Does anyone have any ideas for a better ground? Or can you help me take the back seat out so i can get a better look at the bolts for a possible new ground or have pictures of their current setup?

You could try finding or making the current ground better.

Do you have the power wire going to the amp, go along any other speaking wires? That could also cause the sound as well.

No the power line runs down the drivers side and the signal lines run down the passenger side, i dont hear the electrical interference noise. Is a constant pitch buzz almost a hum. I'll try to make it work a little better tomorrow when i have some sun light.
Thanks

Usually on the hondas there is a 10mm bolt a little off center from the middle of the seat in between the top and botom cussion. Once that is removed you can use your knee and push back on the front of the bottom seat to release the hook/clip on each side and on some you have to pull from the backside and hinge the seat forward like you are opening a door. This will get the bottom seat out where you can make your own better ground. Grounding issues especially for subs will be your cause for injected noise unless your deck is bad. Hope that made sense.
