GS-R Engine in my CX

ummm lets see u want a b18c5, i dunno where they sell them in ohio but they aren't that hard to find. to put it in a cx u need to change the rear mounds, so i estimate about $5000 including installation

B18C5 is ITR motor not GSR and round 5k i'd say

B18c5 is the Type-R Motor, and yeah, its about $4,500, sometimes less.
the GS-R is the B18C1 and its about $3,000 to $3500, including engine, trans, ecu, wire harness, cv axles and intake manifold.
email me or pm me for some good places to buy the motor online, i put the B18C1 in my 94 2dr ex.
just need to check around, oh and talk to people who know what there talking about. (like the mechanic at your local shop)

Did you know that the CX you got is i think the lightest civic ever made!!! Get that Gsr in there and you are going to do some damage. I would suggest adding the LSD for $300 from hmotorsonline, you are going to need it u will be spinning like crazy! Good luck!

your cx from the factory, that is with no options like a/c stereo, etc, is 2098lbs.
