at least here in st. louis we have them at almost every intersection. they are to control traffic but I think they have a memory on them so that cops and see what happend.

could be. just kinda werd. they also cut the tape right after it. I would get out of my car right away if I saw someone get hit to see if they were ok. the tape cuts off because I bet no one got out of their car becuase there was no guy there. haha
