H&R: Race or Sport?

I have a 00 civic si with Work Emotions 16''s / 205/40/16s

I want to get either race or sport H&Rs with Koni Yellows, anyone have pictures of reviews of there springs?

damn... that drop looks perfect to me. but i think i still would prefer full coil overs (going for tein basic i guess) Would anyone happen to know if the spring (h&r) and shock (koni yellow) setup would be a smoother ride?

spring and shock are a smooth ride i used to have h&r sport and tokico illumina on my 94 accord

now have h&r sport with civic shocks on my 96 integra.

si rims with 195/50/15

icw 618 17's on 205/40/17s

17''s look perfect, I think my 16''s would do the same, I think im going with sports/koni yellows
