Harsh ride. New civic. Need help!!!!

I'm a newb and was wondering where I should start to soften my ride. I just recently bought a 6th gen civic ex and it has adjustable coil overs with 16" rims with 205/45r16 on them. I live in a rural area in Illinois so needless to say my roads are terrible. I feel every bump on the road and my ride feels extremely harsh. Also my wheel well scrapes if I take a wide turn but I think its just not secured down right. Any tips would be much appreciated.

Do you know what brand of coil-overs they are? Because some coilovers arn't that comfortable to begin with!

No clue what they are. They came with the car when I bought it. Is there a way I can identify them? Should I look for anything specific. I believe the guy said they are koni orange. But not 100% on that.

Well koni yellows are the one of the most popular shocks out there. I've never heard of koni oranges though.

Kini Orange are the Koni STR.T struts

and for "coil overs" you have drop struts and coil sleeves.

Like stated above, they're probably ebay coil sleeves

I have the struts on my car and my ride is stiffer than stock but I also have new bushings as well

I have orange Koni STR.T shock/struts's and the ride is great. Those cant be coilovers if theyre actually orange Koni's. Koni's have a badge on them, so lift one side up and look for it. If thats what you have, just install some quality aftermarket springs. If theyre simply some generic crappy coilovers, dump 'em and get the Koni Str.Ts with some quality springs.
