sup cc. Ive been here for a minute but never really posted pics of my car before. Since im about to payoff the car (stupid driver rear ends me + totaled car+crappy insurance+ rental car for 3 months = broke n needed to finance) and im gonna start making some mods i thought i might as well make this thread. Anywho, just gave her a wash n decided to take some pics.

Plans:
new tranny( right now 2nd and 3rd syncros are hell. I have to hold the shifter down when going thru those gears.)
remove gay ass decals from window
new tints
f&f type 1's
new headlights. ( maybe just a quick D.I.Y not sure yet, but def oem)
mugen front lip (paint matched) or I might just get a BYS replica bumper cuz of all the scratches on the one I have...havent decided yet
type R rear lip (paint matched)
yellow fogs
blacked out sleeper muffler (mine sounds SO ricey right now and I think its mounted shitty

Ever thought about getting a knock off Type R rear wing? But over all its a good starter. VSM is a great color, especially on a hatch.

thanks man. yeah but I dont think type r wings look good on every hatch. only certain ones ive seen have looked good. I might just tilt the oem one just a lil.

ok quick stupid ? guys. Ive already searched and im pretty sure I already have the answer but I just wanna confirm. my tranny is f%@ed. I have a D16y8 engine w/ matching tranny. Found a guy selling a tranny from a del sol. now, the d16y8 engine came w/ the del sol si's correct? would that tranny be the exact same one from the d16y8's from 96-00 ex's? thanks

as for the transmission, yes it will fit.. the Y8 transmission came off of 98 and 99 EX's I beleive and im not sure about the del sol. It will bolt right up..

thanks for the comments guys. I just found myself a tranny so imma get that on asap. Im gettin like 2k for my return. 1k of that is going towards a vacation w/ the lady. although I wish I could drop the whole 2 stacks on the hatch!

Clean car man, I would start by cleanning the s**t out of those headlights first.

Looks like a good base to start with. Best of luck with it.

By the way, until you get your new headlights, try using Meguiar's plast-x to get rid of the haze and oxidation on your current ones. You can get in walmart for like 4 or 5 bucks and it works wonders. If it's real bad, you might wanna consider wetsanding them.
