Have fuel and spark no start

Alright I need help guys. I recently changed my head gasket and now my car won't start. I directly supplied a twelves volt source to injectors and have verified they are spraying fuel. I checked spark Have fun with Alex babeand it's good. I had the car running but then it just died out on me while idling and has never started up since.i checked timing and that is ok. I was thinking the ecu might have went out, but can't find another ecu. What do you think could be causing my problem?
I really need to get this car started so any help is much appreciated.
