Traded the TypeR style one for a stock wing.... sold the bottom one to a friend of mine who's going to put it on his Del Sol show car.

My car used to have a full body kit on it... after I took it off and put stock bumpers on, I got a lip... had it for about a week, and decided I didn't like it... took it off and sold it.... now two years later, I decided to put one on again... and now I really like it.

Same thing for the wings... I used to like them.... now I dont... but my opinion may change and I may put some on sometime in the future... or I may even put a body kit back on.... doesn't matter. cause I love my car.

Thats cool, but that lip was originally on 99/00....it doesn't look right on 96-98's....regardless of what you say there is no flow.

I like my wheels (although those new Fit wheels are starting to look very attractive as a second set)... and the drop is just right, in my opinion.

Maybe it's the level you took the photos at or something... The mud gaurds look close to the ground... but the entire car looks way tall to me.

Honestly, I never thought I'd have gotten rid of them either... but they weren't holding up very well... I guess poor quality of the fiberglass, but they were starting to crack and such, making paint flake off... and I just got tired of it.

Some days I miss them more than others... but for the most part, I don't even think about them anymore. Looks nice as is to me now.


As for how low my car is..... I can drive over a 20oz soda bottle, and feel it bump along the bottom of my car.... the mudflaps ride about an inch off the ground in the front, and I just barely make it over the speed bumps we have at work.... so even if it looks too high.. it's just right for me.


I'm through with the outside of the car though.... from now on, all of my mod money is going towards performance..... I bought this car a little over three years ago, intending to make a beast out of it.... and then I went back to school, and away went my money.... now I'm through with school, have a very nice paying job, a shop to do work in, and all the tools I've ever wanted...... is time to start making a beast.
