having some electrical problems

My tach, speedo, fuel, and temp. gauge lights don't work on the cluster. Every once in a while they'll turn on for a few seconds but then cut off. Also my radios on but sometimes there's no sound coming out of my speakers. When sound does come out, when I turn my headlights on, I start to hear a static noise in the background. I also have HID's if that helps yall any.

I would check all of your wiring, along with the fuses. Sounds like there might be a bare wire somewhere...

your ground faulting... there is a bare wire touching metal... find it and heat shrink or replace it

I checked the two black wires on the connector behind the cluster and I'm getting real low voltage on one..

its gotta be a ground connection somewhere then bro
