Head unit relocation

I have searched and searched and asked and asked and I still havent been able to find answers to my question. I have noticed people with 96-98 civics and people with 99-00 civics have relocated their head units. I have a 2001 and I am wanting to relocate mine. Has anyone done this or know where I can find a DIY instruction? I appreciate all the info I can get....

Yea, just above the cup holders. Im thinking im gonna need to do some fabrication work. Fiberglass, the messy stuff. If so I may have a guy that can do it. However. I am hoping there's an easier/cheaper way.
