whats everybody running as far as headgaskets....ill be replacing mine soon with some arp headstuds to go with it and was just wondering whats the most reliable under boost. Most people swear by the OEM honda metal gasket but some say go for a thicker cometic to lower the cr. thx

i wouldnt run with compression lower than 9 unless u like boosting 178psi

a thicker cometic is ok, but never go thinner then oem imo

i think im just gonna go with metal oem just because its available locally and cheaper

I have a cometic thick head gasket

oem for now z6 one soon it ups the comp a tiny bit and the honda oem ones rule
