Is it rusted on. Maybe try some pb blaster from walmart or a parts store its better than wd 40. If that dont work as a last resort use pliers, cuz you wont need the old buld anyways.

me 1 - bulbs 0

Lol... I finally freakin got the old ones out, new ones in.... I did have to call Ben up tho... but he gave me good advice and said to just pull back the rubber "boot" and then remove the spring clip (held down by one gold screw) , then the bulb will pull out and then you can just work the socket back and forth (for about 15minutes in my case) and get the bulb out...

I was even thinking about pulling my headlights off and clearing them, but I said screw that and I'm gonna go wash my car in a little bit instead.

So.........moral of the story... I finally freakin did it... lol

thanks ben

it's an h4 socket that you need , it sounds like you burned out your sockets with those 100000k HID ricer bulbs

Where did this come from? I didn't ask about all that, I was just asking about taking the old ones out... never said anything about burning any..........
