Headlight Question

Okay...my brother got me a set of black housing headlights for Christmas for my 00 Civic EX Coupe....he installed them while I was away in Nashville....my problem is my right headlight is really low aimed...and I dont see a knob on the aftermarket headlight to adjust them. Was he supposed to transfer the knob from the OEM Headlight? I just need some help so I can get these lined up. I think the brand was Eagle Eyes Headlights. Any help is appreciated...

You should be able to see two gear like screws. These are what you aim your headlights with. Also make sure the bulb is seated correctly into the notches in the headlight.
