my passenger side driving lightbulb keeps dying... it died in may and then i replaced both driving lightbulbs with sylvania silverstars... then it died two weeks ago... and i switched the oem to the driver side and the silverstar to the passenger... and it just died tonight!!

notes: 3 passenger side driving lightbulbs die in 7 month period. one 5 year old oem bulb and two 7 month old sylvania silverstars...

so is it just the silverstars being THAT crappy or is there something wrong with the wiring of my headlight?

I would check your headlights for a water leak, or see if there's any corosion on the on the headlight plug. It could be a bad connection that's just shorting bulbs over and over.

Yeah, check the normal stuff it could be first. If you can't find it, bring it somewhere. Don't want to f**k with a short too much.

check the headlight ground and clean it. I had a problem with my passenger side headlight, it was a little more dim than the other. I cleaned the wire and and the connection to the metal and it made it better.
