Headlights kill other lights

5th Gen Civic Hatch VX.
Parking lights work and cluster lights up.
When switched to headlights, the headlights come on, but lose cluster, dash, and taillights.

All fuses are good. Dimmer switch is good.

Going to investigate the headlight switch.

If dimmer switch was bad, the headlights wouldn't come on. It's the headlight switch.

Thanks for the diagram. Bought a new headlight switch for $15 shipped on ebay, installed and everything is working the way it should.

I also found some instructions online for repairing my broken one. Maybe I'll do that and sell it.
