Headlights...What should i do?

help me decide. first of all my civic is EBP. im thinking about painting my headlights gunmetal, i dont want to spend too much money on the real CTR's. Or should i just clear out the orange reflector. i want the cleanest look possible. thanks.

clearing on your generation of cars isnt that diffrent, i say go gunmetal, will look good

I would personally spray paint them black. It's so easy to do. Just take under 3 hrs. It's worth the time trust me. I have personally done about 5 sets already. I did a RSX-Type S, Celica GTS, Civic Si, Civic HB, Civic Sedan. You can pratically do any kind if you take the time.

I would definety paint them AND clear the signals...its looks sweet in a EBP...good luck..post up pictures

i agree with 2kstreetcivic. I would paint them and clear out the amber. you definately gotta post pics.

When you say clear the signals what shoud i do about that too: use chrome tape or paint?

use chrome 3mm tape to cover the amber reflector...here is picture of my headlights

ey when using that chrome tape thingy to clear out the reflector, wont it still reflect amber with the stock bulb?

I found this on Yahoo Auctions Japan, when surfing around, they called it "Copper Black" headlamps...it comes with no amber lens....includes a little "city light" hole that you can plug in for parking lamps I suppose......Looks pretty bad ass to me.....

Just found out, these headlamps are made by a local Taiwanese company, I If we get enough people, I can try to contact the manufacturer here in Taiwan....maybe if we can get a group buy or something, we can get a huge discount, cuz I want one myself BAD!!!~

they cant be for a 96 - 00 they are either for a 96-98 or a 99-2000
the headlights are different

The picture shown is for 99-00s, seller stated in his auction that he has both 96-98 and 99-00 for that particular style of headlamps.

So there is no mistake there.
