I just bought new headlights and installed them but now the lights are not aligned. The light does not point in the direction it is supposed to shine. Does anyone know how to adjust headlights to make them shine in the right direction. An by the way I have a 96 civic. Thanks

first pull up to a wall or some thing that you can see the lights up against
then turn this to adjust them to wanted hight

well i don't really know b/c my nobs turned easily for me, maybe b/c they are new lights. And to make it a little easier for you, the big nob that is made of plastic with a screw in the middle does nothing. Don't try to turn that one just try to turn the nob made of metal. You could take out the big plastic nob if it is in your way b/c i did that and then turned the metal nob with my fingers. It was a little hard to start turning it but once it started it was easy to turn it the nob after that. Try it and let me know how it goes maybe i can get some pics up on how i did it if you want them.

And by the way. The nob that is circled in the pic above says that, that one is for up and down. Well on my lights that nob was for left and right. I don't know if that will be the same for you. And the other metal nob in the pic to the left of the black drain tube was what adjusted my light for up and down. So it was opposite of what SpitfireEx told me. And if your nobs work and you can adjust the lights. Park about 20-25 feet away from a wall and then turn your nobs and it will be very easy to see what nob does what, either up down or left right. Don't forget to let me know how it goes.
