Alrighty. Well, I got a new headunit. It's a
JVC Kd-shx700

http://support.jvc.com/consumer/product.jsp?archive=true&pathId=87&modelId=MODL027167

Although I bought it from a friend, and it doesn't have any harnesses or anything.
Also, the connection in my car is this:

And that's not what is on the back of the stereo..

If anyone can get me any help at all I'd appreciate it. I need to know what I need to buy to make it work.

Help a poor noob.

Okay, well you will need two harnesses if I'm understanding you right. One for the deck (which plugs directly into your deck) and one for you car (one that plugs directly into that connector in your car)... What you do is try to find a harness specifically for your Deck Model (should be available on Ebay or through the Deck Manufacturer). Once you have both harnesses you match the colors up and crimp with butt connectors or solder (butt connectors are easier).

then this configuration allows you to plug your deck directly into that connector using the two harnesses. Most decks include a harness and people just buy the respectable harness for their car...
