I've got a 90 Hb thats all stock. I've jist installed the third D15B2 engine in this car since I've owned it (20 years and 420,00 miles) these cars are rock solid. I don't know much about the swaps but I know a little about the stock D series. So what is a jizzy, and how do tell what ECM is in the car OBD 0, 1?

welcome. well by jizzy i think you mean dizzy which is a distributor and by ECM i think you mean ECU to find what kind you have just search google for your engine type.
