helo with idle

Hey wats going on um new to the site well first off I have a 92 hb with a b16 I've been having problem lateoy its isles really back the engine rocks back and fourth I thought it was the spark plus the wireset or the dizzy but it checks out good I've checked for vacum leaks and nothing Idk if the ecu would make it do that it has a p30 what I want to know would it make it turn off on ne its like if its a fuel problem but i just changed the gas filter so if you have some input is appreciate it
