Hey guys I recently just swap an b16a obd2 into a 97 civic dx. Plug and play everything is fine runs good. No cel light. But the raditor fan not turning on. It hard to tell if my car over heating cause the dx cluster in cold start just shoots up pass high in 5min. Fan never turn on once. I changed the cooling fan switch, thermostat and made sure the relay works with a paper clip. When the thermostat is in (currently out) the top raditor hose is hot, while the bottom is cold. So I removed it and to see if there flow. Please help?I believe I should start with the cluster

Sounds like a faulty water pump my man, no circulation of the cooling juices

So what does the cluster say with it out and getting flow, does get flow all the way through the radiator with no Tstat right?

Is it does, the cluster shoot paas high after 5min, even in cold start.

There is flow without the thermostat

Okay now theres flow. Everything good. But the fan still don't switch on. Change every sensor possible for coolant temp. Thermostat, coolant fan switch, engine coolant temp. Engine coolant temp sender. Gauge still go pass "H" even in cold start

If theres an air bubble at the temp sensor, it will show high very quickly because it can't read the ohms accurately.
