Please help. I have a 96 civic hx that won't pass smog. I have three sensors that keep coming up incomplete. Took it to Honda ,they reset it but itwon't complete the cycle even after almost 200 miles and several mechanics. Any one else have a similar problem??? Any advice would be appreiciated.
