Help deciding stereo

What would you guys reccomend in the range of about 250-300 I'm getting my teggy tomorrow and it needs a stereo. I've also got 2 MTX Red Series 12''s and a 2000 watt sony xplode amp. I would like it to be able to play MP3 Cd's too

i'd say go with alpine or JVC. huge fan of both of those.

yup Alpine for the better sound. JVC for the most features

panasonic! love them... they always have the latest "new cool things" imo. had like 3 decks from them... loved them all.

I kinda had alpine in mind perhaps jvc too. where would be the cheapest place to pick one up, I'm thinking best buy

I just spent 450 bucks today... 250 for the stereo, 99 for an amp installation kit because lazy me just cut the wires instead of removing them because I didn't feel like taking the interior apart lol and 40 for the dash kit and harness plus the rest if tax lol

I always liked Alpine, not only for the sound quality, but also because they have a really clean look. I hate some of these randomly colored radios that match nothing (if thats even a concern of yours)
Anyway, Alpine- the best bang for your buck

ewww a sony, lol. I'm sure sony decks are ok. But their speakers are major low end.

I got a nice Kenwood that plays mp3 disc. Love it.
