I'll try to be brief and good understanding. CIVIC 2002
The car was normal everything worked, kept in the garage overnight and this morning the surprise. The door latch does not work, I say lock the command there in the driver's door. I say lock the command there in the driver's door.
I'm suspecting the alarm, because it is old and looks bad installed...
Well, let's go to what is happening.
- Lock button does not trigger the power locks, has to be manual. (KEY FOR SURE)
- Light indication of the trunk, door open and disconnected belt is not turn on.
- The inside light don't turn on when the doors are open.
- The handbrake light all the time on. (FLUID MAY BE DOWN?) = NO
- Alarm only triggers if you open the driver's door.
What do I do?
i've openned the door and checked the wiring (driver).
Already checked all the fuses, engine box and steering lower box. OK
I've noticed that all the lights and lock not working have one thing in common, they are all part of the same serial connection, that if one of any part of serie got down, all the other parts got down too.
Sorry for English.
I'm not U.S.
