HELP!!! HID burnt????? What should i DO?

I have a set of HID in my civic. Today I found out that the right side is burnt or something, it has no light!!!

Now I wonder, is it the bulb or ballast that's not working??

HOW DO I CHECK ????


Also, how much is it to replace them? how much to replace on side only? (if that's possible)


ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD HELP GREATLY!!!!!!!

That happend to my HID retro..i just unpluged and pluged back in the bulb conector...did you try that?

I've tried that. Doesn't work.

however, I've unplugged the right side and pluged it to the left side.. and it doesn't work as well.... so i guess this is the bulb that's burnt right???

this is what i got when i plugged it to the working side - it flashed once i turn on the headlights,.. then i goes out... does this mean it is the bulb that's burnt (and NOT the ballast) .. am i correct???????

easy way to test out is switch each part of the working side. but from your last post. its less likely the bulb. try listening to your ballast it should make a charging sound if its not then its your ballast.

actually.... i've unplugged the right side bulb (the side that does not work), and placed it on the left side ballast, and it doesn't work... however...the left side bulb works fine with left side ballast... so i guess is the right side bulb right????
