HELP!!! i think i adjusted my IACV screws wrong!!! honda gods! please!

ok im FAR from a car guy but i found some help here finding-removing-and cleaning my idle air control valve. im not stranded or anything but i hope what i screwed up is not a sereous problem...:x

my dumb ass took the idle air control valve off and saw this fancy wheel thing and figured id adjust it since i saw "eric the car guy" tighten something on his fast IFAV low and behold these arent the same thing:shock:

this is how mine is currently adjusted as i have no idea how this should be adjusted and despirately need you guys help

is the top screw suppose to be to the far left in the track? which way?do i need to adjust this with the car running?

I'm not sure what your video is trying to showcase, but neither of those screws adjust anything. They hold the cap on the IAC valve that holds the little rotary shaft in place. You're not supposed to take them out. The idle adjust screw is on the back of the throttle body... the opposite side of where you took that valve from. It usually has a rubber cap, with a little pull tab, covering it.
