97CivicESI New Member 5+ Year Member Dec 18, 2008 #1 Hey i have a 97 civic Ex and it wont start. I recently replaced timing belt, water pump, tensioner, resurfaced the head, Dizzy and Radiator. I have spark, fuel and compression but i still have no vroom... Any help would be nice thx
