well do you want go, show or a lil of both. 800 is not the largest budget, but u can get some cool stuff. for show: i would get some rims and tires maybe, and some lights or somethin
for go: get a CAI headers and exaust, with still some cash left over prolly
for a lil of both: get a cai and exaust, and maybe some underglow or something for the interior

I'd put some wheels on it. You'll not find a more noticable aesthetic improvement (note that I typically don't consider body kits an improvement).

i'd say some nice rims and a good drop. that changes the whole looks of the car. and if you have some left over, and CAI.

umm, i would not waste money on an underbody kit...

Rims would be the most noticeable difference in appearance, makes it look like a whole different car...

If i was you i would start with suspension, get some urself a good coilover setup..if you dont wanna spend it all on full coils then just get some good springs and shocks and a camber kit...

If you wanna go engine i would do the typical I/H/E but thats typical cliche these days..

for the love of rice dont get an underbody neon kit.

Drop it before you put rims on it, cause rims w/o a drop is just ugly. If you dont want to be a balla and get teins then just do what most people do and get some decent coilovers (Ground Control or Skunk2, check Groupbuycenter.com or any of the sponsors here) then get some good shocks (Koni Yellows, KYB AGX, etc) if you shop smart you'll have some cash left for a CAI then save your loot for some rims.

or if u have no concern with adjusting ur ride height: koni yellows matched to h&r sports or race (race drops more)

id say drop it first, if you dont want to pay for coilovers then get some good springs, i got Tein S-tech myself and have been very happy with them. and a camber kit is always a good thing to have enless you enjoy buying new tires. then some good shocks to compliment the springs.
if any money is left over save it for some wheels.

s**t... 800 bucks.... i would buy a greddy evolution2 exhaust for 500 and the aem v2 intake for 300... there you go... (YEAH I KNOW AEM RAPES YOU ON PRICE BUT NO ONE CAN DENY THAT THE V2 IS A BADASS INTAKE) oh yeah that or some rims and tires...

I'd invest in rims/tires first then go for the drop. IMO dropping with wheel covers just doesn't look right (unless it's just b/c you have your steelies on for the winter)

i'm just the opposite, i think a drop w/ the stock steelies/hubcaps looks better than rims and no drop. but that's just me lol. =)

very true, rims and no drop isn't that great a look. Makes it hard to chose just one.
