Don't you just cut the bumper with a dremel, bolt the lights onto the frame, and wire them up? Do a search on google, I found a how-to there for my EG when I had it.
When i was on the ship they had all those old warfare posters up, especially more during the war, that one really caught my eye though, it was hella funny. I wish i took pics of all the ones i saw. They were cool.
