Help!!! Piggyback or chipped ECU???

I just bought a 2000 Civic DX non-vtec. I have bought it with header, full exhaust and cold air intake. I want to get a turbo for it and also either a piggyback since it is an obd2 or chip my ecu. I was wondering what would be the best route to go. I am really new at this and would like help from fellow civic owners. Thanks

For starters... If you're going turbo you can go ahead and throw all the parts you just bought in the trash cause you just wasted your money on parts you can't use ("full" exhaust is likely too small for boost but MAY be useable).

Do some research man. Seriously. Google it. Also, search OBD1 jumper harness. Now, GO READ

EDIT: Secondly, it's headER. No S. Might want to read up on that one too. ;)

You also need to READ CAREFULLY. I said I'm new to this sort of thing. I thought people would help and not try to put someone down. Nice to know that one bad apple screws it up for others.

Covert to obd1 chip the ecu. Piggybacks are iffy sometimes.
