Have 1999 si civic with b16a motor with low idle problem and check engine light is on I have taken power stering off and ac off and my fans and radiator put fluidine radiator on and that's about it can't find out why it idles so low and if I take fuse under hood to my lights out it idles high if anyone can help please do thank u
