i took out my head lights and did a DIY black housing. i am now trying to put it back together again but i have NO idea how to but the bulb back in. there is this stupid metal thing thats suppose to hold it in place or something but i dont no how to place it. plz help.... pictures will b a very big help if u can get some.

very easy if you see on the headlight thing there are 3 things that stick out the metal part and if you line it up with the headlight that is how it is installed then thats an outer metal clip that holds it into place just that clip down towards the headlight and clip in underneath very simple just feel around for it
Well, I just got back from being outside trying to get the passenger side light boot off, but it always sticks and I wasn't able to remove it. (I'd only be able to get a photo of that side unless I wanted to move the power steering pump on the driver's side, which I don't want to just to be able to show you how to clip that thing.) Anyway, just feel/see how the clip tries to sit back down when you let go of it, squeeze it so that you can find the correct place to get it to catch. Once you gte one, the other should be alot easier. Maybe try on the passenger's side first since there's a little more room there.
