Be more specific with your plans, I have no idea what you are asking besides wanting to "change material"

If you are talking rewrapping the front/rear seats, dash, door panels in leather, expect to spend an easy couple of grand for a decent job.
Upholstry isn't cheap, especially if you want a quality fitting job.

A plain, flat, '71 chevy truck benchseat, in great shape, being rewrapped in maroon leather, was 470$. remember, it's flat as a church pew, no bolsters, no nothing.. The fitment was superb, no wrinkles, nothing..
If you pay much less than $1500-2000 for all seats, panels and dash, you:
A. know the upholsterer and they're hooking you up large
B. Are gonna regret the results

Figure this... Upholstry work is an ART. Like a good quality paintjob, it's all about attention to detail, craftsmanship, and dedication.. If the person doing the work doesn't have all three, it'll show big time..
GL in your decisions.. ;)
