help removing back seats please

hi everyone i just picked up a 91 civic dx shell an was wondering on how to remove the back seats i already have the bottom part of the seats taken out but i cant figure out how to take the top folding half down, i was told there was a bolt in the center of the 2 seats but i cant find that bolt at all so can someone help me please

thank you lol i didnt know i was going to have to take out the quarter panel trim to take out the top half of the seats
