Help removing rear speaker/deck.

How do you properly removed the deck?? What I do is get two philip screw driver and pull it out from the side but im not sure if im doing it the right way cause you hear a lot of cracking noise. Second how do you removed the rear speaker???

Oh yeah and its a 94 Ex coupe.
