HELP! trying to replace wheel bearing

I'm trying to replace the wheel bearing but can't get the bolt of because the axel is spinning. Any ideas on how to get the nut off?

Are you talking about the axle nut? Press on the brakes.

or pop out the center cap on the wheel, let the tire touch the ground and turn the nut off.

or use an impact gun to get it off... impact guns don't care, they just DO.

yea, leave the car on the ground to begin unloosing the nut.

Hmmm...the wheel bearing job is more challenging than removing the axle nut.
