HELP, wiring problem!

so my cluster gage doesnt work, which means my rear lights aren't on at nightime and i dont want to go thru with the hassle of getting a ticket and etc. every single time i pop the gear into reverse the fuse pops and sounds like a mini firecracker noise. i tucked in almost all the wires, but the cluster gage flickers when i turn the dash light on. It might be a wire touching but idk what it is, im burning through 4 fuses a day!, if somebody has any type of advice i could try please reply because this is pissing me off. thankyou.

Most likely, you have an open wire.....Peform these tests, specifically #3...

hey thanks for the advice, i have yet to try it because i have been tied up with situations, but im going to try that, ive been panicing, so cross ur fingers that this works because im going to try this today! thanks for the help and the diagram, btw, where do u get diagrams like that from and all the specs to it...?
