I have a stock 97 civic cx which I recently had a y8 tranny installed my issue when I drive at regular speeds the clutch engages fine but once I step on it from first to second you dont see the rpm drop its like as if I am power shifting it like slips for a split second then catches I bleeded the clutch and also replaced the slave cylinder and still no luck theres no leaks coming from my master cylinder but could it still be bad?

P.s I replaced my clutch and flywheel a year ago with excedy oem kit

so when you push in the clutch it continues to rev? It's hard to understand what you're saying. It almost sounds like you're not letting go of the throttle

Doesn't sound at all like a clutch hydraulic system problem.

If the clutch is slipping and the clutch pedal height is correctly adjusted, then it's a clutch problem.

Like for example u go from first to second but the rpm sorta like stays there im not saying its suppose to drop all the way but at least when u shift at higher speed rate u can feel the clutch grab and in this case it just slips for second and then grabs and yes I do let the gas go when. Shift
