I'm attempting to learn how to tune with crome. its my first time tuning, and like i said, I am learning. I started off making a map for my d15b1 turbo with the stock p28 map. changed the engine size to 1490 for the 1.5, changed the injectors to 450 (dsm bluetops), and changed the redline to 8000 (like ill EVER rev that high) My question is how do you incorporate BOOST levels into the tune? im only pushing 5 pounds and dont plan on more for this motor. any helpful hints? Oh, i jsut downloaded it about an hour ago. ill figure out where to host the rom file real quick. but anyone that has tuned on crome know how? any help would rock, thanks!

You just have to add advanced boost tools to the rom. It is in the plug in section up top.

Yeah I nave been using the program for the D16Z6 and it said that boost tools will never be made for p28, just the p30 and p72. Would a chip for a p30 or p72 work with a p72 ecu? And thanks, I just got boost levels to be noticed on the program, but only for thep72

so basically you import the numbers from the BIN you want to use( so if you want p28 maps and boost tables, open the p28 map, export the numbers, then open a new p30 or p72 and import the numbers back in)

ok I get it. The good thing about crome that i really like is that you can change the engines displacement and injectors, it then compensates for everything and makes the changes. after talking with VIP's owner he said to make a few base maps, and he will look them over for me some time.
