Help with door panels!!!

Hello everybody on the forums.

Today I ran into an issue and am going to try to overcome the task of fixing it myself rather than paying hundreds to fix it from a mechanic.

The problem is my door speakers and windows.

The drivers side door speakers stopped working, and the power windows on the driver side slowed MAJORLY when rising and lowering..

I had a family mechanic look at the cars issues and was told, just pop the door panel off and grease up the door panel, and rewire the speakers.

OK, should be pretty easy....

Well not for me, does anybody have a "Manual" to removing the door panel on the driver side.

The car is a 1995 Honda Civic EX Coupe.

feel around the edges of the panel for screws and remove them...there is also a screw in the handle and one behind your door lever.....remove all accessory panels/ window controls....then pull the panel up and away.... that easy

and compressor ac,,,just ebay, there are a couple top rate sellers that ive used that are very good and cheap

Got to work on it today, and successfully popped the door panels off, successfully wired up the drivers door speaker but couldnt get the rear speaker working, gonna get a new pair for the whole back.

Greased up the window rails but not much success. Looks like its the window motor.
Did some research on websites and it runs about 80 bucks and I will need two of em.

Gonna check out some junk yards, but definitly not expecting much.

You may want to check the motor first. You can disconnect the plug from the car and run 12v from the abttery to it to see if it is the same speed. Sometimes the door gets a bad ground resulting in poor power to the motor which causes it to be slower. Just a thought

How would I go about running the window up/down switch from a 12v?

I seem to have got everything major so far.
I blew a fuse today messing with the Dome Light. But gonna fix that tommorow hopefully.
Gotta buy a new hood latch for some reason mine isnt catching even when I hired it.
New windshield wipers and I fixed the fluid lines for those!
When I buy the new rear speakers probably going to buy some loud ones, more than my stereo can output. Looking for around 300 watts from each. So gonna get an amp!
Need a new rear view mirror cant think of much else.

Anybody know where I can buy keyless entry kits?

I would need the whole thing, currently it DOES have power locks.

And how much would it run me?
