Help with e brake button and moonroof fabric.

Ok, my e-brake button will NOT stop rattling once I get to a certain amount of speed. Its really annoyign and I cant figure out a way to make it stop. Can anyone help?

I took apart the whoel thign and couldnt get the handle off to reach the button. I even moderatly tapped (smashed) it with a hammer.

Just to let you know, replacing that moonroof panel might be a pain in the ass since you're going to have to remove the entire moonroof through the top of the car in order to replace the fabric. I think you might have to drop the headliner to remove the moonroof too... but not 100% sure...
