Magna flow is quiet and a good toned exhaust, also very reputable. A lot of people swear by yonakas for the price, but I don't like the tip design and how the canister hangs to low, just my 2 cents.
Another very good exhaust system perfect for street/daily use is the Apexi world sport 2 exhaust, or the Apexi noir, which is the same thing as the first model world sport, except with a flat black finish for a sleeper look. These are both more higher end systems in the 650-700$ range.
If your on a budget you can choose a universal muffler you like and have an exhaust shop custom fabricate new exhaust piping for your model civic and mount your muffler. If you go this route I would also recommend you purchase a resonator sepperately or one the shop supplies, to cut down on droning inside the cabin and annoying ricer rasp
