Help with Leather!

Hey guys, last night i left the sunroof in the GSR cracked... well it rained. Got to my driver seat which was already a little messed up at the seam. The leather got all dried out while i was in class today and i came back to a really bad split, and really tough leather.

The split i can handle, what i would really like to know is what can i put on this to get it back to its soft pliable form. If anything..

I think they make some spray-able leather treatment....something that revives old leather and makes it soft again...
