Ok here is the problem.... I am getting some new wheels that were painted by the previous owner... And im planning on painting them again what would be a good product to get the paint off with... is there like a paint stripper or something that i could use.... something that wont take off the original finish of the rims.... let me know.... thanks....

i'd say just rough it up then fine grit sand it , then paint . I don't think you actually need to strip it down. That's my opinion.

Yeah I kinda wanted to get back down to the silver look around the lip though.... and then just have the spokes painted black.... thats why i want to at least strip the paint off the lip ya know....
