Help with S2000!!!

I know this isnt a S2000 forum but i got a question?..
Theres a 2000 S2000 in my area for sale.
- It has 120,000 miles,
- no CEL,
-and is pretty clean if i do say so myself, ( beige w/ red interior )
I've kbb'd the car and id put it in 'Good' condition. I dont know to much about S2000's but im aware of the changes from year to year. Goin to drive it tommorrow to see how everything feels.
So all this being said is the car worth 7k?.
I know its hard for yal to be the judge and give me advice on this but does 7k sound good?.

Yea I would definitely jump on that. I paid 6k for my civic. 3 years newer and 20k less miles. So I definitely would have taken out an extra grand to get that.

Aright, i figure its a good deal and maybe with a little haggaling a better one. Of course i'll have to see how it runs and that'll be crutial.
I was just trying to see if anyone knew about the f20c (reliability and etc.)?.

yeah i would jump on that. i offered a guy 9k for an 02 s2000 with 93k mileage and he wouldnt take it.

Just went n saw it...
couldnt drive it today cause it was raining and i didnt want to take it out and not be able to push it.
I noticed..
-has sustained hail damage (though theres no dings or dents)
-the top has a a few pin holes
-the driver seat is a little worn and the interior is bout a 7.5/10
-the guy who has it painted the side mirrors red!!...
Asking price is right around 7k...due to the ^ what would yal say?.

I say go for it! You'll have all the time to fix the little things. Pinholes? Pish! Get a hard top down the road. Leather seats wearing? Tons of used S2K seats on eBay. Even decent seat covers.

And if something breaks, fix it. I fixed my RSX's blown engine for $400 (got a cheap TSX block).
