Help!

so ive got an 1998 h22a civic sedan, just got the harness in and s**t. but this lil blue light to the left of my steering wheel keeps flashing when i put the key in the ignition. im new to hondas so is this and alarm system? and why is it doing this? i just bought a cd player and it isnt hooked up could this cause anti theft to go off or some s**t?

if its a LED blue, and doesnt look or you think its not factory. its not. it sounds just wat you think it is. a after market alarm system. as for the anit theft thing, i doubt its on. there might me one installed, but not hooked up, take your glove compartment out and see if thats it. another thing to look for it splices into your radio harness. that gives it away too.
