More details about the issue would be helpful....Also a title that only says help might not get as many views as you like...title should briefly describe the issue......
does it shift hard or "rough" only when driving..does it grind? Have you check to make sure your forks are not bent? You pushing the clucth in all the way?(i know dumb question but you would be surprised)
